Order Terms

Effective Date: February 10, 2019

You must be a minimum age of 18 to place and order and by placing an order you are attesting you are at least 18 years of age. You have 2 days from date of order to cancel order for a full refund, less Stripe processing fees. You are responsible to provide a correct address for delivery Carrier and to accept the package on the date of delivery. Free shipping is only offered to residential addresses in the Continental United States. You will be given a tracking number by us several days before arrival, approximately 21 days after you place the order. You are responsible for providing a correct address that can accept the shipment, approximately 47 pounds in weight and having it signed by an authorized signer, with no exceptions to signature allowed.  The package being delivered by the ground Carrier will require your signature and are subject to any fees imposed by Carrier if you miss acceptance Halo City E-scooter (“The Product”) or picking up the Product from a location provided by Carrier. We are not responsible to provide any refunds, exchanges or returns for shipped Product you fail to accept delivery for at any time. You should inspect the package, labels and paperwork before you sign and refuse to sign for any packages or Products that are damaged, broken or appear to have been tampered with. The date of specified delivery by Carrier is the start of your 7 day return to us, at your sole expense for correctly packing and shipping the Product to us in Michigan if there is a material malfunction or defect during those first 7 days. We are not responsible for any manufacturer modifications to the described Product. You must return the Product in original box, with all packing material, charger and instruction booklets. If Product is not returned to us in Michigan in said manner, we are not responsible to provide a refund, exchange or return of the Product back to you, unless you provide payment for shipping in advance to resend the Product back to you again in the USA.  After the 7 day refund or exchange period, we are no longer responsible to provide any refunds, returns or exchanges for any reasons whatsoever. It is your sole responsibility subject to the manufacturer provided warranty with China domiciled Beijing One Mile to obtain any customer service, spare parts, instructions or make claims for defects or damage or manufacturer modifications to described product, in any circumstances with OneMile USA Ltd. We do not provide any Customer Service after the first 7 days as described herein from the date of the shipment arrival date to you specified in the Carrier supplied tracking notice. If you have any problems or issues you should immediately contact us at info@onemileusa.com. We urge you to always wear a helmet, check the e-scooter for operational fitness, be very cautious and safety conscious and follow all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. We are in no way responsible for your operation of the Product, including the supplied charger or lithium ion batteries included and any resulting defects, malfunctions, injuries, damage, fines or local restrictions in any way whatsoever. We are not responsible for any modifications made by the Manufacturer to the bill of materials included in the delivered Product described on this website. Both you and us are bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement posted on our website the day you place order, and as amended.
